Our 2018-2019 season of Poetry Paths in the Schools is coming to a close, and we are hosting our 10th annual Kids Poetry Reading featuring student poets from Buchanan, Carter & MacRae, and Ross Elementary Schools. Please join the poets and their teachers, principals, friends, neighbors, and families as we celebrate their art! This event is free and open to the public.
Please join us on Tuesday, May 14, 6:30pm at the Roschel Performing Arts Center at Franklin & Marshall College, 630 College Avenue, Lancaster, PA.
Our student poets have found their inspiration in the Lancaster Barnstormers, the sport of baseball, and Le Hinton’s poem on exhibit at Clipper Stadium; a production of Treasure Island at the Fulton Theatre; and the wonders of the natural world on exhibit at the North Museum.
Music will be provided by the Music for Everyone String Ensemble, and there will be a reception following the reading. Please join us!
